Your truffle-centric experience will allow you to enjoy a mimosa or pinot as you wander our beautiful gardens on the grounds of the Loch in the Southern Highlands of NSW and sample some fantastic local produce from our bakers, brewers and growers. This is an opportunity to discover more about the delectable truffle and how you can use it in your next meal while embarking on a journey by celebrating the launch of an exciting new NSW Truffle Trail.

The Truffle Fair is the perfect storm of truffle growers, handpicked from the Southern Highlands, all the way up to the Snowy Mountains, converging at The Loch in beautiful Berrima with 4 sessions over August 14th & 15th 2021.

With four sessions over two days in the beautiful gardens of The Loch this one-of-a-kind weekend will showcase local Truffieres allowing you to buy direct as well as learn how to work wonders with truffle from high profile chefs and indulge your appetite with something special from The Loch farm’s festival menu.

You are invited to an experience where you have the opportunity to meet a select number of NSW’s truffle growers, learn about their journey in this unique industry and get a personal understanding of the farm to plate process and where you can next use the truffle in your favourite meal.

Good Morning Fare:

Creamy Scrambled Eggs, fresh from our farm chooks (GF and Vegetarian options available)

Exotic locally-grown Golden Mushroom Bruschetta (GF, Vegan and Vegetarian options available)

Double-baked, Small-farm-cheese Souffle finished with locally produced Yarrawa Cheese (Vegetarian)

Lunch Indulgence:

Heart-warming, Hand-made-Pasta Carbonara, showered with Grana Padana

Next-level Herb and Wine Riverina Arborio Risotto, (GF and Vegetarian with Vegan Option available)

Many of the local providers that have contributed to these dishes will be available for you to buy from on the day so you can recreate these plates at home adding your newly-purchased fresh truffle!
